Wow! That's really green! I like how the rock and the locomotives seem to balance each other, and the foreground vegetation and distant mountain give a sense of depth...and HEIGHT.

Pretty lush that summer. I notice wood ties, they are now concrete. This photo was almost un-shootable back then, and that lush foliage I'm sure has covered up the shot by now unless someone did some "landscaping".

Love this great shot, Bill. The green is exploding in this capture and great depth-of-field. All working together for Burlington Northern's EMDs here. What a difference 30+ years can make!
