I may be wrong, but this is probably the City of Miami rather than the Panama Limited. According to April 24, 1966, timetable, the Panama did not carry a dome car, but there was a dome sleeper assigned to the City. At any rate, it's a great shot that reminds uswhat was so special about Illinois Central passenger trains - one of the best paint schemes around.
