Posted by James Belmont on February 26, 2015  The 119 is actually wearing a repaint. Under warranty, the Santa Fe GP60Ms were repainted by EMD in 1992 when the factory paint peeled off the locomotives. Perhaps EMD used a very good batch of paint and primer the second time around.
