This is surely an oddity and must be unique to Myanmar. Fabrice, your photos from that beautiful country are appreciated. I need to get there, now that the country has opened up, I'm not far away in south China.

I'm probably wrong here, but that looks like a conversion from a slightly wider gauge. Also, what's the story with the odd semi circles?
