I like this shot, it's different and conveys the feel of the area around the big bridge, as well as the train on it. A PCA nomination for this one from me.

So much in a great railroad photograph depends on elements other than the train.

Timing is everything...and obviously the more time you get to spend trackside the more everything comes together. The kayacker came over to me before getting started to talk. His delay made the timing perfect as the train passed. I enjoyed the two days I got to spend in this area.
