Posted by Charles Bonville on December 15, 2014  This is the Albany & Eastern (AERC) "Albany Hauler" at the "UP Albany Yard" operated by Portland & Western (PNWR). PNWR and AERC interchange cars at this yard and the U-man is a P&W employee.
