Electric Fuels, ELFX, was a subsidiary of Florida Progress and we used to unload these trains at Florida Power's Crystal River coal yard also a subsidiary of Florida Progress. Why four SD40s? Because, invariably, one would be dead by the time it got to Crystal River.

Because it needed four SD40s to get through the gorge south of Erwin.
