I think two or maybe all three of A&M's new EMDs were in a wreck last month with a track washout near Chester, AR. One got dinged up pretty good - that may be why we see this unusual lash-up. They were pulling 89 cars and had slowed down, otherwise things might have gotten a lot worse. As it was, none of the freight cars derailed. A few days later, an A&M passenger train broke down and was rear-ended, with some significant injuries near Winslow a few miles to the north of the previous accident.

Looks a bit underpowered: only three Alco's and a cab control car :)
