Being the oldest steam locomotive in Colorado being built in 1880 - I would hope that efforts are being made to not just stop with the cosmetic restoration but to eventually return this "gem" to operating condition? I sure hope someone gets the fire going to start a fundraising campaign to get this locomotive operational again, after all - seeing a 134 year old locomotive operating in 2014 would be AWESOME!
