An interesting find very nicely captured! Worth a moment or two of further discovery - looks as if the Middletown Community Health Center was at one time (2011) hoping to get $4 million in tax credits to renovate the old O&W Train Station and move two of their clinics to that site. Hope the station finds a caring tenant soon.

I have to get some pictures of this place before something unfortunate happens to it. The Salamanca Station would be a perfect example.

Here a decade later, as of Street View in August 2025 the structure was still standing and was still not in use for anything, https://maps.app.goo.gl/WvSde4ddYm6ws6qi7 Structural steel framework around end of building is for a purpose I do not know but it and other things visible suggest the structure is not in the greatest shape.
