Hard to believe this is the same same (preserved and operating) engine as GCRR #4960, aka, the Grand Canyon Railway's steam engine. I like both versions but had I seen her as a CB&Q first, I'm not sure I'd feel the same. Either way, great to see her as she was and know shes still earning her keep.

With steam power only gone for 10 years or less from the major railroads, look at the interest shown in this photo in just a few short years since steam power has been replaced by the diesel.
