This looks like the end of a platform at the Joseph R. Biden II Station.
Well deserved designation. Not only a 2 term V.P, he also made over 7000 Amtrak between Del and Washington for his 36 year career in the U.S Senate, refusing to live away from his family.
Very honorable thing to do.

I love how, despite the orange glow from the haze, the train and foreground give off a silvery sheen that contrasts beautifully. There's something about the damp platform and sepia-like exposure that is incredibly compelling.
