This roll car is DFB's track recording car, which is used once a year to check the track between Oberwald DFB and Realp DFB. Tolerance violations concerning track gauge, rack position, cant and other faults can be detected. The inventor, Hansuedi Daellenbach (a long time DFB volunteer) can be seen next to the track recording car.

Thanks for the correction, sorry I was completely wrong. So there is a battery pack on the car not lubricants?
