Interesting photo. One question: Do the "taggers" have any idea about the electrics here or are they sure they are far enough away to be safe ?? Anyway, nice shot, Tommy.

I think they now it very well. Those boys are sharp and know a lot of al the trains that are running. A lot of them are on the web searching for the new trains to tag. Looking up the hazards they may find... etc...
