It would be nice if UP left it as it is. I always liked the CNW scheme.

I am pleasantly surprised to see this GE in the Chicago & Northwestern paint scheme so many years after UP bought Northwestern. Very nice image.

It's nice that CNW 8646 and CNW 8701 were left unpatched by UP, especially for those of us doing railroad modeling. It is a testament to the quality of the original builds and the ongoing efforts of the maintenance crews that these gems are still running.
