Not a GP40. Rock Island GP40s had 'Rock Island' spelt out on the long hood. Also, if date is correct, it can't be, since the first GP40 was built until Nov 1965. Rock Island 371 was built Dec 1966. This is a pair of GP35s from Rock Island's first order. Plain-Jane livery is the indicator. Their second order came with white nose chevrons or 'wings'.
