460 is one of seven Perley Thomas replicas that NORTA built in 1997 when the Riverfront Line opened. Their bodies are modeled after the 900-series cars that Perley Thomas delivered in 1923-24, but under the hood are modern, computerized controls that came from (I think) the Czechoslovakia.
