Uh, no. It's called an interchange or connection. That is not a wye.

Did anyone notice the possible high-railer or speeder down the track? Could be wrong.

There is, as noted, a high rail truck heading east on the ICG.

LOL, The top one is for the brakie riding the car roof, the middle is for the hogger, and the lower is for the conductor in the caboose!

It must be a Louisiana thing. There was a similar diamond guard in DeRidder, LA that I observed when I was working on siding extensions for KCS.
