Posted by Bill Hough on January 24, 2004  The locomotives were illuminated by large battery-powered strobe flash units. There was a group of 3 or 4 people popping flashes on the units while the photographers opened their cameras to the "bulb" setting. BTW, these locomotives were operational, "stuffed and mounted" doesn't apply here. Posted by Joseph LeMay on January 26, 2004  Wouldn't that be WP 2001? Or is WP 2002 around there, too?
