Great photo with great power. I think the location's wrong, it might be Bliss, ID. The line to Buhl is only a branch line west of Twin Falls currently operated by the Eastern Idaho RR.

Aside from wind turbines going up on the hills in the distance, as well as the motive power and rolling stock changing, this shot looks basically identical today.
