The car is actually lettered L&N-NC&StL (Nashville, Chattanooga & St. Louis,) for service on the jointly-owned and operated Georgian, which ran between Chicago and Atlanta. I believe this was a diner-lounge, because it lacks a standard vestibule, but has a service door at the right end of the car. The original trains were built by ACF, the American car & Foundry Co. MO.

The car is a bar-lounge (no kitchen). My wife and I used it on our WGN chartered wedding train in 2010.
