Well, here's a photo which really interests me and I would like to know more about the whole project. Can anyone tell us what all is going on here ? Something with some historical value is of more interest to me than landscape shots.

For those like me, who are not aware of the above scene, can you explain what is in he image above... is this a full restoration or just a cosmetic restoration?

I believe that wheel set on the right hand side of the photo, in front of the F-unit, is the wheel set of ARR 557 being refurbished for the continued restoration of the locomotive.

To answer some of these comments, what we have here is a full restoration to operation of both Southern 2-8-2 4501 and E8 6914 at the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum. Both engines will be used on TVRM excursions when completed, and 4501 will see use on NS mainline trips.

Glad to see that both SOU 4501 and SOU 6914 are coming along very well. Both should see action this spring!

As has been stated in the comment section of many previous photos, you're really doing a [lazy] disservice the the RP.Net community when no photo description is provided. Come on chattanooga choo choo, please heed the call and provide us some insight.

Well, for those of you not in the know, this is at the TVRM, the steam unit is Southern 2-8-2 4501, undergoing restoration, and the E8A on the right is Southern 6914, which is undergoing restoration. Both are nearing completion.

Looks like great things are happening!! Can't wait to see these two side by side in fresh paint, and under steam!
