Appears to be a young Keith Beckel may be the Conductor.

There was talk of the IC&E running trains on that line again a few years ago, & I heard that they ran a couple, but I suppose after the CP took it back over that was the end of that. At least that's how it looked down by Medford where the tracks are along side interstate 35.
