This was the first I have heard of CNW 6651's mishap down at Butler. At least the unit made it on to become a UP switching unit but now resides in a deadline awaiting further work as an SD38-2 or a rebuilt genset.

Lots to see in this shot and it shows how things have really changed in the 31 years that have passed with the cars and how about those pants and even the pant leg resting on the shoe top gives the sense of rushing to the scene to check things out. Thanks for sharing a shot of the past Mike.
