Nice catch! Looks like 1074 might need a little touch up in the paint department.

I sure hope they maintain the paint on those Heritage Units for a long time, but economics would predict that it was a one-time thing. Maybe the attention they brought, and still bring in great photos like this one, will make it seem worthwhile to keep them in good condition for a while.
