Im not sure... I took this photo a long time ago and dont remember the details. By looking at the photo, the snowplow is completely rusted and does not have a single letter or number on it, so its hard to tell.

1404 is actually a FP7A and was built for CP.
Taken from Mountainrailway.com;
Built by GMD as #4103 (1953), renumbered to #1404 (1954). Sold to VIA Rail (1978), became VIA #1404, then renumbered to VIA #6553 (1980). Sold to Algoma Central, became AC #1756. Retired (2002). Acquired by West Coast Heritage Railway, Squamish, B.C. (2002), renumbered to #1404
