I see they also follow the USA in not cleaning the ROW on short line tracks.

David, it was originally Russian tradition - not cleaning roads and raws... not only on the short roads... On all roads :-)

In my collection yet no frame ТЕМ2 in this colour, but there are ТЕМ2У-9004, too, EUROCEMENT, but grey, I can send.
