Crude loads with no buffer car?

If a train is consisting of entirely dangerous goods, no buffer car is needed. If the train consist does not then dangers have to have one buffer car and special dangers have to be 6 cars back.

There are different rules in Canada than there are in the US. If this train were to cross the border, it would need a buffer.
