Yea those are the new style of Amtrak Superliner cars, which is PH-V. These Superliner Cars represent rebuilds durring 2003 and we may see more of them on the way. The word Superliner isn't mark in big letters anymore but they are marked much smaller inside the Blue Stripe at the end of the car. Also another noticeable feature is that there is a red stripe at the bottom of the new PH-V Superliner car.
