I have never seen a pot signal ( AKA ground signal) elevated like this, it also looks like it's mounted on a track tie, Is this a temporary signal ?. Thanks for sharing

No, it's been there a number of years, as long as I can remember. Not sure what it's mounted on, but it needs the elevation because of that fence in the middle.
