Nice shot of an MLW export unit. The carbody styling on the export products was oddly anti aesthetic, but the GE-Alco/MLW roots are evident. A wide variety of units were scattered all over the globe in small quantities, form French North/sub Saharan Africa to Mexico, Central/South America, Greece, the Balkans, South Asia, the Mideast etc. Surprised the styling never appeared on DLW units from India. Cool stuff!
