Hi Brian, This is an amazing document (as usual).
The NS 1300 class are 4-axle B-B locomotives, similar to the SNCF BB 8100.

Hi Jean-Marc, it's is a 1300 indeed; the 1100-series are the four-axled Bo' Bo'-machines, derived from the French series BB8100.
