That's a Boeing car carrying aircraft parts to Seattle for final Assembly.

I believe it is a Boeing aircraft parts car, don't hold me to that though. Interesting lash-up as well!

Just an extra note, those Boeing cars are almost always coupled directly behind the consist to reduce any damage from slack action.
