These two locomotives are very interesting in that even though they are BNSF locomotives, they wear the paint scheme of BNSF's main competitor, the Union Pacific. I nearly fell out laughing and thought this was a joke until a friend of mine at BNSF told me the story. And you're right, they are the most unusual looking locomotives on the BNSF active roster.
