CP's been short of a lot of things lately such as crews, managers, and a total lack of brain cells coming from EHH.

It probably is rare for CP GE's to go west of New Ulm or Mankato but I see them occasionally around Waseca and points east on the DM&E, mainly on ethanol trains.
