Very interesting shot. Just out of curiosity, what are all those stack of white boxes (or so they appear to be) just on the other side of the tracks? They sure take up a lot of space.

The large stacks of white containers are 'EMP' with one BNSF H3 container awaiting time to be positioned onto another train would be my guess. Also, the closest line of units sitting here includes a switcher which leads me to also believe these units are in storage here. If not mistaken at one time there were several former ATSF GP35u's parked in those slots with a few SD60M's. Great Shot Brandon!

Thanks for the reply. Now what does "EMP" stand for? Sorry for my ignorance of railroad abbreviations.
