I must agree with K100DS that it's interesting to see the "LTEX" reporting mark above the 1451 below the cab window, while along the frame is the PNRW reporting mark - Larry's Truck & Electric must have sold them this unit with the stipulation that his business be "advertised" on the locomotive somewhere where it can be seen. Or, the P&NRW simply wanted to acknowledge "Larry's Truck & Electric" themselves.
