A small fountain in the center of the circle, MIGHT have been a better choice, but the statue, no doubt, does provide a little SHADE. Shade, in Baltimore, can be a precious thing a good part of the year. They have done a nice job with the overall plaza and plantings though.

I think that parking ramp clashes, too. And how about those those billboards in the background. Everything clashes here. However, one could always move to a different perspective for a clear view of the station without these clashing objects.
