Great shot, Kevin. They look good, plus it's a really nice gesture on the part of the railroad!

Man, those look absolutely fantastic. I would love to see Pan Am do something like that.

A trucker comes on my site and on his cab he has a big pink ribbon honorring his wife who died of cancer several yeara ago. This power looks great by the way. Reborn Atlantic Coast Line of sorts.

I agree, they look great. A very nice gesture from a first class railroad.

Nice photo to display a really great paint scheme! Did you get the rest of the engines that went down to the FEC? (Photo ID: 452990)

Very nice! I notice they've got horns overlooking the ends of the long hoods as well. Is this a new addition? Never seen it on FEC's locos before.

Great angle and catch, captures the spirit of that event, I can even see myself!

Cameron, of the earlier EMD's including the the GP38's and 40's, with a few exceptions have the horns configured that way, they have been since they have had these motors.

Ah, alright. Living in Canadian Pacific territory my whole life, I'd only seen that on the Southern's locos.
