Very nice catch. Both units are about to begin testing on BNSF. These should be SD70ACe-P4's and were assembled at the Progress Rail facility in Muncie,Indiana.

These are the new SD70ACe-P4's. They have four traction motors instead of six - the axles closest to the fuel tank are bogies.

By this point, EMD was "Electro Motive DIESEL," not "Division," since GM sold it in 2005. Maybe RP should update their locomotive category list.
