They better hurry up and cut that thing up before kids against their will start playing on it, get hurt and the railroad ends up getting sued. In any case, interesting to see something like this sitting there, would imagine its days are numbered.

Always sad to see a loco at its end, a mere hollow lifeless shell but once an animate alive machine. I wonder how many miles this old girl has done, the places she has been and the stories that could be told...

Gives new meaning to the phrase "up on blocks". But then again, this is in New Jersey, it's quite possible some kids came by and took "the wheels".

Be nice if a RR club could get this and put in steps and a ramp and windows and maybe a bathroom and use it for a club house, in a secure area of course. this U boat looks solid
