This is something every railroader should have in his back yard! I know I would take one (except the wife might not think it's a good idea). It has plenty of storage and could double as a play ground for the kids.

Stud off the interior, add windows and skylights, insulate it, rock it....I would happily turn it into my second home. Or first.
