Yes, its still all intact but the engines and turbos would need a lot of attention. Not to mention the $5,000+ it would cost to give the 6930 a new coat of paint.

Last I heard, 6930 was in the middle of a cosmetic restoration.

If it was repainted, it would be nice to see it in it's current version, large red stripe and all. Too bad a grant from UP could not be obtained. Maybe start a UP barn, if you build it, they may send $$$$. As a CNW fan, a CNW barn would be great, since CNW used to be the rail owner passed IRM.

Wow $5000 US dollars to re paint UP 6930, that amount could be raised with a fund raiser! That is if it hasn't been repainted by now!
