Are those ditch lights on 509 LED lights? If so that must be a brand new engine. Does anyone know the year and type it is?

IAIS 509 was delivered in September of 2008 without ditchlights. As time allowed the IAIS added the rear ditchlights at their shop in Council Bluffs, IA. What you see here are the brackets for the ditchlights before the light assemblies were installed.
