I bet the sound was great coming from a GP40 and GP30. Too bad Chessie didn't make it to today's railroading.

Nice shot. I'm almost certain that this was taken at Sidney OH on the former B&O. The train appears to be northbound on #1 track. Just out of view to the rear of the train would be the overpass where the former NYC Big Four passes overhead.
