I don't know as I'd want to be on that 'Electric" train with flood waters that close to the tracks. If that retaining wall should break there would be a lot of people electicuted in a matter of seconds. Including the ones in the train at the time. I am surprised they even ran the trains during severe flooding as this appears to be.

@David Doty Sr - This is an overhead EMU. The electrical equipment at the rail is confined to the traction motors - same as diesels. No-one would be electrocuted, and the train would be able to move quite happily. I know, as I have driven many electric units through floods. My mother works in that white building , and rides every day with this train. We are brave cool people.
