It's a former UP rack. You can see the yellow patch. They won't spend the money for a total redo.

I know, I just found it funny that they wouldn't spend the few extra dollars to have the building america logo removed.

Not too far from Wellsboro, at McCool, i spotted a CSX gon lettered "Lionel". Wonder if CSX ever fixed that? LOL
