Canon 7D f/20 30 seconds ISO 100 - Opened shutter with door open, fired off two hand held speedlights as fast and as often as possible - staring at the top but spending most of the time flashing the lower part of the engine making sure not to catch the door lip coming down. Paused, then went to town on the closed door. Got it on third attempt.
