Very nice shot and very nice livery. Much more bright than the previous one (white/red and grey that look like some swiss train set). Is it worn permanently?

Unfortunately no, this train was film-coated on the occasion of the tests of the Rhin-Rhône High Speed Line but it did not last long, this decoration was removed before the opening of the line.
