Note the EMD Blomberg trucks. My family took a trip on the Auto-Train in 1973 and it was a great trip.

I saw the origional AutoTrain once on vacation with my family in the late 70s. The train looked awesome

My wife and I met in 1979 while working as greeter/hostess and car inspector at the Lorton terminal. We married in 1981 and 33 years later still best friends and happily married. Photo brings back many fond memories. Thanks for sharing.
